Amazing food!! Great service!! Visited by boat. Will come back again. Save room for the butterfinger pie!!!

I never like eating out, but we traveled to Alabama, and on the outside it didn’t look like it would be too appealing, but the inside was such a homie cabin, and right out the window a water way, looking at a bunch of birds and people on airboats. They immediately serve us with an appetizer, and we’re super fast with service, and the food tasted homemade. I haven’t had food that tasted homemade either from myself in years and years. This is truly the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. The service was amazing and I’m writing this reviewer because I wanted to travel so bad just to go here again! i highly recommend going here any chance you get!!

I haven't been there in years I made a special trip to go there and the food was great.

No plates were a bit different, they give you a piece of thin paper that tears easily when wet with bbq sauce leaving your food and sauce touching the tray that it’s served on. The food was tasty but not hot enough for me. I enjoyed the hush puppies that were place at the table when we arrived but I would have enjoyed Texas toast or garlic butter bread to have with my pulled pork. I have been there and done that but probably won’t go out of my way to return.

The staff here are so sweet. We had my Mom's 80 Birthday celebration here. They worked so hard to make sure she was where she could plug in her oxygen. I thank them for making her day great.

I really love the Combo Platter! The grilled white fish with lemon pepper and grilled shrimp with homemade potato salad and fried okra is so good! Everything’s made fresh every day. Desserts are homemade and the salad is always fresh! Establishment is always clean and the service is always excellent! Me and my family come in 2/3 times a week!

Chicken fingers were yummy! Brownie cake was delicious!!! Wish there were coke refills.

Off the beaten path but well worth the venture off the main highway. The former Pure gas station has the charm and food you are looking for. The pulled pork and fried catfish are very good. More than enough food on the plate to satisfy the hungriest of diners. You can see why this place is in the Alabama Barbecue Hall of Fame.
